on the 18th of August 2012.

Library : A Reading Room
The school is well equipped with the most advanced library. Currently
it houses 9300 books & 200 educational CD's. The new library software
automates a wide range of time consuming library tasks like student
data, circulation and bibliographic input. E-learning is also facilitated
where students can access internet facilities.

NIE - Newspaper In Education
Our students of class VIII and IX are a part of the NIE programme
with ‘The Hindu’. It inculcates the reading habit, improves one’s
vocabulary and language.
Weekly classes are conducted by the resource personnel from PRISM
to enhance their knowledge in various skills like cartooning, mountaineering,
disaster management to name a few.

ideals of selfless service amongst the youth.
Sree Cauvery comes under 1 Kar Battalion and we are associated with
it for the past 5 years.
